Features

Every detail of every shot. Searchable.

SnipeLog is six tools wrapped around one job: turning your range time into data you can compare, trust, and act on. Here's how each piece works.

Live session mode

One-handed logging while you're behind the rifle. Big buttons, dark UI, no menus to dig through. You tap distance, hit/miss, miss-cause critique, and any adjustment you dialed in — all without leaving the shot list.

Adjustments are recorded in your dialect. Mil, MOA, clicks, IPHY — it logs what you actually called. Edit a shot mid-string if you fat-fingered it; the edit gets timestamped so the record stays honest.

  • One-handed thumb-reach layout
  • Per-shot distance, hit/miss, critique, adjustment
  • Editable mid-session with audit trail
  • Save and discard both leave the session clean

Target analyzer Pro

Snap a photo of your target, calibrate the scale, then tap each impact. SnipeLog computes group spread, mean radius, and MOA at your stated distance automatically. No measuring tape, no math, no caliper.

Groups are attached to the session, weapon, optic, and ammo lot — so when you look at "best groups with the 6.5 Creedmoor + 140gr ELD-M" three months from now, the photos and the numbers are right there.

  • Tap-to-mark impacts on a photo
  • Auto MOA, mean radius, extreme spread
  • Groups linked to weapon / optic / ammo
  • Re-analyze any time without losing data

The Vault — weapons, optics, ammo, loadouts

Every rifle, every scope, every lot of ammunition lives in one place. Build named loadouts that pair them, and SnipeLog tracks lifetime stats per loadout: rounds fired, hit rate, best group, average MOA.

The Vault is where you find out what actually shoots best — not what you think shoots best. When a new lot of ammo lands, you'll know in two range trips whether it's a keeper.

  • Weapons, optics, ammunition, drills as first-class objects
  • Named loadouts: weapon × optic × ammo
  • Per-loadout lifetime statistics
  • Round-count tracking per barrel

Performance analytics

Hit-rate trends over time. Best sessions surfaced automatically. Per-weapon, per-optic, per-loadout breakdowns. Every shot you've logged contributes to a picture of how you're actually shooting — not how you remember it.

Toggle which shots count toward your displayed hit rate on the fly without touching the underlying data. Export the view as a PDF when you want to show someone, or just keep it for yourself.

  • Hit-rate trends and lifetime totals
  • Per-loadout and per-distance breakdowns
  • Non-destructive hit-rate toggle
  • Date-range PDF exports

Teams & coaching

Run a team out of one manager account. Provision shooters with an invite code, assign viewer or commander roles, and review every member's groups and trends from your own dashboard.

Seats are billed monthly and you can scale up or down whenever. Team PDFs let you hand a single document to a coach, a CO, or a match director.

  • Manager-provisioned rosters, 1–50 shooters
  • Viewer / commander role split
  • Single rotating invite code per team
  • Per-member and full-team PDF exports

Offline-first sync

Real ranges don't have signal. Closed ranges actively block it. SnipeLog writes locally first, queues changes, and syncs the moment a connection comes back. You can run a full session on airplane mode and lose nothing.

When sync resumes, conflicts are resolved last-write-wins per field — but the audit trail records every prior value, so nothing is ever silently overwritten.

  • Full offline session capture
  • Background sync when signal returns
  • Audit trail preserves overwritten values
  • Works on phones in Faraday cases
