Yes. Cancel from your account page and access continues through the end of the period you've already paid for. No retention call, no exit fee.
Nothing is deleted. Your sessions older than 30 days become hidden behind the Free-tier limit, but they come back the moment you resubscribe. Photos that were cloud-synced stay in the cloud; local photos remain on-device.
A Teams plan is billed as $9.99 per active seat per month. The manager's seat counts. Add or remove seats from the account page and the next invoice prorates accordingly.

Yes. Switching from Pro to Teams creates a team where your existing account is the manager. Switching from Teams down to Pro keeps your own data and releases the other seats at the end of the billing period.
No — Free stores photos locally on the device that captured them. Cloud photo sync is a Pro and Teams feature so you can review target photos from your phone on the web.
The Free tier is the trial. Log unlimited live sessions, keep up to two firearms in your Vault, and see your last 30 days — no time limit, no card required. When you want the target analyzer, unlimited history, cloud sync, and advanced analytics, Pro is $6.99/mo. If it doesn't earn that after a couple of range trips, don't pay for it.
